From the series, Ingrid Yun (Arden Cho) learns many things from where she works at the prestigious Manhattan legal firm Parsons, Valentine & Hunt, which is her ideal workplace, in the new Netflix series “Partner Track.”

In that series she is all around with her legal talents, has two best friends at work, and is on pace to become a partner by the end of the year. Despite the fact she constantly wished to work as a lawyer and become a partnership, Parsons, Valentine & Hunt is far from ideal.

She further counts the things she learnt from this series;

Maintain a buffer plan all times

Make sure you have a plan B (and C, and D) in place in case of emergency; you never know when it could come in useful.

Ingrid’s company is poised to sign a significant new customer in the first episode of the television series, but they have to prevent the news from being public too soon lest they overlook the chance to finalize the contract. Ingrid chooses to take things in her own hands and work for the newspaper, her employer, as well as the client after learning that one of her co-workers had unintentionally spilled the beans to a reporter.

Count On Your Friends

It’s critical to have a support network at work to lean on in times of need.

Although they are in different departments, Ingrid’s best friends Tyler and Rachel work with her at Parsons, Valentine & Hunt. Despite living together, friends support one another as they attempt to work through the challenging old-fashioned views at work difficulties.

She discovers at the conclusion of the season that it’s possible to prioritise your needs while still having high goals. It’s crucial to carve out time for your personal life even as you advance professionally; that’s why the concept of “work-life balance” exists.

Keep Your Moral Compass straight

In times of uncertainty, go with your instincts and do what seems right. Several times in the series, due to her work at Parsons, Ingrid is forced to question her moral compass. Ingrid must make difficult decisions regarding her future as a result of their conflict, which might terminate their connection with Tyler.
